We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including unopened products. Opened, used, or tampered-with products, or products with broken seals, are not eligible for return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, with a compromised seal, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly at info@velaturaaesthetics.com or (813) 686-6536. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before mailing any product back. The final-sale policy does not prevent us from addressing damaged, defective, or incorrect orders and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
