Shipping policy

We ship skincare orders from our South Tampa practice to US addresses, including US territories and military addresses.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships.

Carrier transit time begins after your order ships and is additional to the processing window. Delivery timing varies by destination and the shipping service selected.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8.
• Express shipping: $15.

All rates are in US dollars. The 3–5 business day processing window applies to both Standard and Express orders.
